Two time Roux Scholarship finalist and now our head chef, Sabrina brings style, fun and a feminine touch to the Bernardi’s kitchen. With a huge passion for Italian food, you will see some of her favourite flavours and ingredients reflected in the menu, pasta being one of them!
After settling in London from Melbourne in 1999, Gabriel founded an interior and architectural design firm that later became Coote & Bernardi. Gabriel was one of the original co-founders of the Cubitt House group who created much-loved public houses The Thomas Cubitt, The Pantechnicon Rooms and The Orange in Belgravia.
Marcello has worked as a creative in advertising agencies in London and LA, producing iconic campaigns for Sony, Absolut, Pepsi and Heineken. He was creative director of both Cubitt House and Open House brands and produced conceptual hospitality strategy, design and marketing for over seven venues. He now calls his own restaurant home.
