Two time Roux Scholarship finalist and now our head chef, Sabrina brings style, fun and a feminine touch to the Bernardi’s kitchen. With a huge passion for Italian food, you will see some of her favourite flavours and ingredients reflected in the menu, pasta being one of them!
Gabor started his career in restaurant kitchens before being coaxed out to become restaurant manager for Gordon Ramsay at his neighbourhood bistro, Foxtrot Oscar. In 2013 he started working at Jason Atherton’s Pollen Street Social as an Assistant Restaurant Manager and was involved with the opening of Berners Tavern, then joining Little Social as Restaurant Manager.
After settling in London from Melbourne in 1999, Gabriel founded an interior and architectural design firm that later became Coote & Bernardi. Gabriel was one of the original co-founders of the Cubitt House group who created much-loved public houses The Thomas Cubitt, The Pantechnicon Rooms and The Orange in Belgravia.
Marcello has worked as a creative in some of London and LA’s best advertising agencies, producing iconic campaigns for Sony, Absolut, Pepsi and Heineken. He was involved with the launch of both Cubitt House and Open House brands producing strategy, experience design, marketing and food & drink concepts for their venues.
