Nick resides in Peoria, IL. Nick has been in the restaurant industry for 18 years and assisted in opening the kitchen at Bernardis Pub and Italian Eatery in Dunlap, IL. in August of 2008. In his free time he thoroughly enjoys being a wonderful father to his son Adam. Nick was an avid and pretty darn good bowler for years; therefore, loving the sport of bowling and Football too!

Rick was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. Needless to say, he is a die-hard Steelers fan! Rick then moved to the Washington, IL area and has resided here since 1995. As Rick would say- “He came with the building!” Rick has been employed with the Bernardi’s since day numbre uno! Rick is a true mixologist, and is in the process of learning how we cook our pasta - “Al Dente!” Cheers!
